The Palmetto Bay community sits on 150 acres and provides24-hour security, there is a fabulous palapa dock which is perfect to do yoga, enjoy morning coffee, or just swing in a hammock and relax while you listen to the surf. It's also a great starting point to swim out to the reefs, or line fishing. The property is uniquely surrounded by a protected nature preservation and is home to many wild parrots, agouti, butterflies and more! There aremany mature fruit bearing trees. They include; varieties of mango, papaya, coconut, cashew, banana, lime, pineapple, noni, almonds, soursop, and cacao. Palmetto isjust minutes from shopping, attractions and thesignature Pete Dye golf course, Black Pearl.
The home offers three spacious bedrooms and two full baths (not including the outdoor shower), a full kitchen and dining room with a wrap-around porch perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. This beautifully appointed Bali style home has room for everyone and boast high ceilings made of Honduran hard wood, it has amazing beach views, lush surroundings, a washer/dryer, cable and air conditioned bedrooms.
