Positive: Friendly host. Central location. Quiet in the night.
Negative: Construction works in the building were still in progress. So there were construction materials and garbage near the elevators and construction noise until late in the evening. There was smell of cigarette smoke and dust coming from the corridor. The water heater didn't work properly, so I wasn't able to take a shower. There was bad smell in the bathroom.
