Families and well-behaved groups, we welcome you to our charming beach complex! Steps from the sand on the best street in Ocean Park, San Juan. Up to 15 guests can stay in our unique complex of 3 apartments (two 2bd and one 1bd) with 2 balconies. All rooms have AC, TVs, washer-dryers and full kitchens. Stay together, steps from the beach, while having space and privacy in your own apartments.
The space
The one bedroom unit has one queen bed.
The two bedroom unit with the rooftop deck has a queen bed and two twins.
The first two bedroom apt has a queen bed, a full bed and a sofa bed.
The second two bedroom apt has two queen beds.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the upstairs two-bedroom unit in building 18, and the back downstairs unit and upstairs unit in building 20.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome but must be kept in the upstairs apartments or in the patios. The pet fee is $50 for small pets and $75 for medium and large-sized pets.
