Summary: We checked in around 3:30 when check in is after 3. The guy at the front desk took a while finding a room for us. When we finally got a room twenty minutes later, it didn't have any towels, the safe was locked and the TV had no signal. It took another 10 minutes for maintenance to come and open the safe, another 20 minutes for housekeeping to bring us towels and 2 hours later for the front desk to tell us how to fix the TV signal. Bathroom is dated and the room setup is really narrow. Breakfast is included but we didn't even bother with it the second day. It was all processed carbs, like cereal, oatmeal packets and bagged pastries. There is no place to sit and eat. It is a grab and go setup. Service was underwhelming. For the price, I expected more from this place.
