Summary: The 1st room we had the air conditioner front would not stay on. They moved us to another room. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold, the toilet had some kind of black tape around it, ceiling falling apart, rooms smell so much like smoke and week, nothing in the snack machines, can't get into to the laundry room. They won't open the lobby at all, only use the night window and it is so hot in there. There was no HOT water to take showers. The only reason we got stuck staying there is due to an issue with my reservation at the original hotel we were supposed to be at.
