This custom and welcoming home is perfectly self sustaining for entertaining and staying in, and also conveniently walking distance to all grocery / dining / gym as well as multiple Starbucks locations all within 1 block (and even a carniceria :-) with an additional shopping center 2 blocks away. Located 5 - 7 minutes to the airport or downtown Palm Springs strip. Please note: Jacuzzi is built in and use is limited during extreme winter temperatures due to concrete and in-ground construction, depending on outdoor temperature.
