Summary: I guess the expectation is to have a room that you believe no one has been in before … not about fancy or upgrades just clean and comfortable. That feeling was lacking added to that was no hot water in the morning and sub par breakfast. Marcus at the front desk was the bright light in a lackluster stay. Maybe there were problems but that should have been communicated. Better luck next time!
