7th-floor direct ocean view from your 100-square-foot private terrace. Junior size one bedroom, one bath renovated Sept 2021. The bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and 2-night stands. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a 2 burner electric stove. Basic kitchen supplies provided. Perfect for a family of 4.
Sunny Isles Beach is the midway point between SoBe and Fort Lauderdale.
- Our condo is located within the Marco Polo Beach Resort Ramada Plaza.
- We are not affiliated with the hotel portion of the building
- Guests will have access to the pool, gym, pool chairs, towels, and umbrellas with a one-time mandatory resort fee (Included in the rate)
- Beach items are not included.
- Parking is $30/day, it's via valet only and it must be paid prior to arrival. (Not included in the rate)
- Check-in is at 4 PM or later / Check-out is anytime before 10 AM. These times are not negotiable
-This is a private rental, not a hotel, which means no housekeeping services or hotel-style services
- For monthly or longer bookings, an additional mandatory cleaning fee of $110 will be charged every 2 weeks, for the apartment to be cleaned and linens and towels changed
- It is very important that you keep the windows and balcony door closed, and the AC on at all times, to avoid condensation and mold.
-Any issues with the apartment should be communicated within 24 hours of check-in
- Smoking is not allowed (smoking fine of $250)
- Parties are not allowed.
Building maintenance occurs occasionally and those instances are out of our control. We also experience emergency water shutoffs about once a month and they last 4 to 6 hours during the day when they happen - the building announces when this will happen.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel once you book because of this and we won't be offering any additional discounts because of guests not reading our disclosures.
