Positive: The pics were exactly correct. Breathtaking views overlooking multiple bays. The apartment is quite large and the pics donโ€™t do it justice. Had everything youโ€™d want as a family or a romantic couple retreat. Parking. Gated community. Great communication with the owner and clean. 3 pools, only 2 you really need. To go up and down the stairs to the shore, you better be in shape, but if not, they have carts to ride you down. Great restaurant on the shoreline level. Most of all? Quiet! Would certainly desire to return.
Negative: Itโ€™s not really there for the beach. There are beaches short drives away that are amazing as well as water island and St. John expeditions. Magens bay in particular.
Summary: You can have an entire vacation associated with the terrace. Amazing settings
