Summary: They are extremely strict and will not let you check in even a minute before check-in. Most hotels will allow you to check in prior if the room is available, but it appears they are extremely strict on this policy as there were several others trying to check in at exactly 3 PM. The rooms are extremely small and rundown. Housekeeping did a good job, replenishing towels, and making the bed yet, there were insects in our room. I would not stay here again.
