Positive: Amazing location within walking distance from the seawater pool of charco azul and villages of los sauces and san andres. Quiet and beautiful location among banana plantations. The house had fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and AC. Very affordable and clean. Great location to explore the north coast by car but to still have good grocery stores and restaurants in lively los sauces.

Negative: Recently built house next door blocks sun at ~14 in the winter
