The expansive 14' high ceilings of the massive great room and the open floor plan evoke feelings of comfort and elegance. As you move through the great room into the dining area, you pass the spectacular floor-to-ceiling Santa Barbara stone wood burning fireplace.
Just off the chef's kitchen, there is a cozy sitting/TV lounge with ocean views which opens to the deck via the large French doors.
Enjoy family & friends as you prepare your meals from the outdoor BBQ while enjoying the expansive breathtaking ocean views off the 500+ square foot grand deck with dedicated access to the beach below. This outdoor living/lounging/entertaining area features an outdoor dining table for 8-10 people, two chaise lounges, four large umbrellas, an additional seating area with two couches and four chairs sounding the cozy gas fire pit, a Jacuzzi hot tub which accommodates 4-6 people, a barbecue grill with refrigerator and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach.
The primary suite is ideally situated to take in the majestic views of the Pacific Ocean. Relax by the wood burning fireplace in the cal-king bed, and luxuriate in the oversized bathtub or dual shower-head glass spa steam shower. The primary walk-in closet is more than large enough to accommodate all your clothes and luggage.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom suites each have private access to their own outdoor relaxation spaces. Both bedrooms feature shower/bathtub bathrooms and comfortably accommodate two adults in each room.
The 4th bedroom is ideal for a single adult/nanny or children.
All of the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. All beds are covered in high quality linens/pillows, and bathrooms come equipped with plenty of plush towels and bath rugs.
If you are looking to squeeze in a bit of work or just want a quiet place to read, there is a private office with a desk and CEO's leather chair in the back of the house which easily doubles as a kids playroom with a large, comfortable couch and 65" TV.
The kitchen, which has top of the line appliances, is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals or host a party, including pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets, serving platters and bowls as well as a blender, Miele coffee maker, Miele microwave, toaster over, tea kettle, Tupperware and much more. Plates, silverware, mugs, glassware and cookware will help to make meal preparation and dining a breeze and the dishwasher will make clean up fast and easy.
There is ample supply of ziplocs/saran wrap/tin foil/paper & cloth towels as well as many pantry items such as spices, oils and sugar.
The house is stocked with shampoo/conditioner/soap for all three bathrooms, laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets for the two washers and two dryers, dish soap, trash bags and toilet tissue.
The gym, located just off the main entry, is fully outfitted with two 65" TV's to allow for separate viewing as you workout in a state-of-the-art facility which features cardio, weight machines and a multitude of free weights.
This Smart Home features central AC/heat controlled by Control4 flatscreen thermostats, high speed Wifi, Smart TV's with streaming services, Lutron LED lighting throughout and a surround sound music system.
There is a gated driveway that can easily fit 2 vehicles as well as an attached garage that has space for two additional cars/suv's with direct access to the home's interior making move in/out and shopping easy and convenient
