Positive: Extra quiet and safe location and surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen. Hydro shower and double bathroom sinks. Parking your car inside the property. Plenty of hot water and heating radiators.

Negative: WI-FI signal is extremely unreliable; it needs a superior booster or the main router closer to the guests house. Beds and mattresses are ok; maybe just not ideal for anyone expecting a firm mattress. Cleaning was good enough however it can possibly be improved slightly e.g. bedding duvet/sheets had some cigarette smell.
