Villa is fully air conditioned and covered with free WiFi. It offers 6 Bedrooms so it can accommodate 12 people, 3 Kitchen and Living areas, 7 Bathrooms, a Gym, a Finnish sauna, a Media area, a Pool table (Billiard), a Swimming pool, Whirlpool, Basketball, Volleyball, a Children playground, Table tennis, Table soccer, Summer kitchen and several Lounge areas. There are 8 parking places, 4 secured on the private plot and 4 next to it. The parking lot and entrance are covered with a video-surveillance system.The car is recommended.

* The OUTDOOR offers: A private and heated swimming pool 11m x 5m with an attached shallow pool for kids 8m x 2.8m and 0.4m depth, both heated and with the no-Chlorine system. There is also a whirlpool for 6-8 people attached to the pool. A spacious sun deck area with 12 sun deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and with TV, a covered dining area, a separate toilet, and a few lounge areas. A few steps down takes you to the children's playground with a wooden house, swings, and a slide. Next to it is a Basketball court and also a volleyball sand court.
* The FIRST FLOOR is connected with an indoor and outdoor staircase and offers a 60sqm living area that is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the needed amenities in the kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a living room with a flat-screen TV and a balcony overviewing the valley and pool area, there is also a separate family bathroom with a shower. Bedroom No1 (17.5sqm) with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom (3.5sqm) with shower and a self-standing bathtub in the bedroom.
