As you approach the house, you'll immediately notice the lush greenery that surrounds it, including tall trees, well-manicured lawns and a tennis court to the north western of the house and the grounds above the house are partly wooded.
The Space:
Upon entering the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious foyer that leads into a cosy living room. The living room is furnished with plush sofas, armchairs, and a large coffee table, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The room is bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows that line the walls, offering views of the private gardens outside.
The modern kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen also features a cosy breakfast nook, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a quick meal.
From the reception hall a wooden staircase leads up to the first floor landing. High Wycombe mainline station also links to London Marylebone. J4 of the M40 gives easy access to London to the east and Oxford to the west, in addition to the A404 Marlow bypass, with its direct link to the M4 at J8/9.
