This property consists of 1 main villa with 1 big swimming pool and 2 guest houses -each with own private swimming pool- situated on a property of 2600 sqm. It is an excellent place to enjoy your vacation, as a Yoga retreat or to have a party with your family or friends.
The Villa:
The main villa has two large 'master' bedrooms and give complete intimacy for families or newlyweds that can accommodate up to 4 people. The first large bedrooms in the stairs have a king size bed and have direct access to the pool (12x5 meters) and beach views. And the master bedroom on the stairs with a double bed offers you a beautiful view of the beach and while looking down from the balcony, the pool and garden will refresh your eyes automatically. The bedrooms are complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower and unique painting and decoration.
The guesthouses are located in the tropical garden in front of the main villa and can accommodate a total of 8 guests. Each guest house consists of a two luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a wardrobe, a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, each guest house has its own terrace with sun beds and armchairs. In combination of the main building and the guesthouse makes the villa suitable for a maximum of 12 guests.
Every guest house has its own private pool (3x6 meters). These houses are equipped with a minibar, TV with DVD, air conditioning, a safe, wardrobes, WiFi, a luxurious bathroom with hairdryer and a private terrace, where you can relax with a cool drink from the minibar on the lounge sofa and armchair. Here you can, if you wish, also get your meals served.
In the front of the main villa there is a narrow path along the Bali Sea, a kind or boulevard. There you can see the local fishermen busy with their activities. Kalisada beach is on your doorstep. You can see the children playing on the beach and in the water.

The staff team exists of nice and kind people. As a guest you have private staff for the villa. Service from the staff and help desk are included in the rental rate of the villa.
After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of the villa (and other information 'good to know') and an information guide of Bali with more background of the villa, the service of the staff and nice suggestions to do and to see in the surroundings. Restaurant:
There is a small restaurant (or 'warung') offering you a nice selection of food and drinks. Our menu consists of authentic Indonesian dishes. Our characteristic dish is the Indonesian rice table, consisting of a large number of small meat, fish and vegetable dishes. We also have a selection of Western specialties. Fish comes from the fishermen, who collect fresh treasures from the sea in front of the villa at sea and this fish can be prepared in many ways. Also the Awan, a fish that looks a lot like a sardine, delicious on the grill or crispy fried can be served to you. Breakfast is also served every morning to our guests. So, everyone's choice! We serve these meals in our restaurant or on your private terrace.

Transfer:
The best way to get around in Bali is with your own transport, whether you drive your selves, hire a driver, a moped or ride a bike. This gives you the flexibility to explore and allows you to reach many places that are otherwise inaccessible.
Public transport is cheap but can be a cause for very long journeys if you are not sticking to a major route. In addition, some places are just impossible to reach.
We can arrange the transport from the airport to the villa for you. Our private driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall (or lobby) to bring you comfortable with a private air-co car to the villa. Transfer is not included in the rental rate.
For sightseeing tours you can also use our private driver. Most of our guests do. Arrangements can be made through our staff or the villa or through our help desk. The driver speak very good English and is also a good guide, He knows the nicest places and hot spots to visit in Bali! A private car with driver is easily arranged through the staff of the villa (even on short notice). There is also the possibility to rent motorbikes / scooters.

The villa is located within a 20 minute drive from Lovina center, the tourist village on the north coast of Bali. Transport can be easily arranged during your stay at this holiday house.
The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, dolphin trips, terraced rice fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find the most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobudur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs or Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkelling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.

Dolphin tour
Dolphin watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main nature attractions of this quiet and laid back coastal town in North Bali. What this black sand beach lacks in features when compared to the beaches around the island's south, it makes up for its frequent sightings or dolphin pods that favor these calm waters. Back in the days, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outriggers set out for their daily catches in the bay, and so did the dolphins.
This unique kinship between humans and dolphins developed over time - hunting pods led local fishermen to where schools of sardines and mackerels, and likewise, dolphins joined in for a frenzy following the cast nets. Occasionally, the cetaceans would breach the surface to check out the action above. Fishermen now regularly take visitors for a dolphin watching ride to see their aquatic friends from.
