Positive: The location was good for me, not crowded or noisy Away from the downtown and the crowds I like to rent apartments as there is kitchenette- microwave etc. i like to make my own breakfast and be able to heat my food. I like to have a living space not just bedroom. So the unit served me well. The self check in was excellent.
Negative: Unfortunately, the company did not check the unit prior to my arrival there were several issue that could have been managed better 1- The bed was broken (the metal - wood bed frame was not in good condition) so the mattress was extremely uncomfortable If they checked the Unit before my arrival (while they are cleaning the unit before renting it), they should have found that and fix it I have reported the problem immediately when i arrived. Unfortunately, i have to sleep 2 out of 3 night on it. They did not fix it immediately which was not convenient at all However, they offered me to use another unit in the second night. But it was not convenient as it did not have parking and it was for 1 night (i have to take all my luggage back and forth during my 3 night total stay). It was just a waste of my time to go back and forth while i was on vacation and i already have plans and i don't have the time to do this. 2- No spare garage remote?! I booked this unit as it has a parking included in the rent. Again, the manager did not make sure that the garage remote was in the unit So i dodged not use the garage. They should have a spare garage remote. 3- They should provide enough shower gel, shampoo etc. The amount they provided was not enough and they would not provide more. 4- Toilet cleaning product As the unit does not have daily cleaning service, they should provide toilet cleaning products (lysol gel or any similar products) 5- communication & compensation The managing co answered my phone calls (very good attitude and professional) but they could not solve the issue at prompt time or give convenient option for some one on vacation for short time. They should offer better options and compensation. This feedback is to improve their service. The Unit it self has lots of potential and will attract people who prefer quiet places and traveling by car.
