The flat has just been completely renovated, it is brand new! It is situated in a quiet area in the heart of Lunel between Montpellier and Nîmes offering the possibility to be between the sea and the Cevennes to enjoy our beautiful region for holidays or for work.
In the heart of the town centre, right next to the outdoor and indoor markets, the restaurants, the shops and the arenas, a real cocoon! Equipped kitchen open onto a large living room. 2 large bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 cm) and 1 twin bed (180 cm, can make 2 beds of 90), a laundry room, 1 large bathroom with 1 Italian shower. Possibility of additional bedding: a reading corner with 1 double sofa bed and another double sofa bed in the living room. 1 cot on request. The accommodation is suitable for single travelers and families.

Montpellier city centre is 12 minutes away by train (TER). 15 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte.
