Positive: The location is great, very walkable to the centre, attractions and also well connected with different train lines in walking distance, easy to travel to airport as well. Plenty of convenient shops and pharmacy around the area, quiet at night time. The property has all the basic amenities, kitchen is equipped with things you need to cook a simple meal(the kettle was covered in black stuff inside, suspect it was burned and I gave a good scrub and soak and it was okay to use at the end), washing machine available was able to do laundry, separate toilet, bathroom and sink - good hot shower, provided toiletries as well. It is good for 2 people, more than that might be a bit squeeze but manageable, overall we had a pleasant stay at the apartment.

Negative: The self check-in process was really unpleasant and not smooth. We were told to check-in at 4PM which is an hour later than the stated check-in time on the page and that is fine for us and the host had let us check out later on the last day as we have asked, after successfully checked in. We were only able to check in 2 hours later at 6PM due to unclear check in instructions and slow response from the host, we waited outside and finally able to get in with the help of the resident there. We did not received any check-in instructions until an hour later and even so we were not able to get into the mailbox room with the information given and very slow response from the host with the communication. I would suggest the host to improve the communication and response, then with the great apartment everything will be amazing.
