Summary: Staff very friendly. Lobby area very nice if you want to relax for a bit. Our room was nice but not very clean. Hair in shower, sticky bathroom floor, and dusty/dirty floor in room. However, the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. One big complaint is the noise level. Walls are paper thin between rooms so be prepared to hear everything. Also, any sounds just echo throughout the entire hotel. Nice choice of coffee at the front desk. Location is good and there is a trolly stop just around the corner. Betsy’s for breakfast is top notch. Parking for your vehicle is a plus.
