Summary: The communication was great. However, the shower was terrible looking, we put towels on the floor because we didn't want to stand directly on the shower floor. There was a hole in the bathroom door, that could and should have been easily handled with a new door. It was nearly impossible to do my makeup because the lighting in the bathroom was so bad. There was a water main break outside. While we knew that it wasn't the fault of the establishment, they offered nothing to make it easier for us. We went over half a day without water in our room. The water company advised us to not attemp to drive through the flooding caused by the main break, so we couldn't leave the apartment most of the morning. The apartment simply said, sorry...
