Summary: I was very frustrated with the leaking floor in the bathroom that had water squirting up from the seams between the floor tiles. Also, a huge irritant was the motion sensor light in the bathroom. It went on and off at will - not turning on when entering the room frequently and then turning off while in the room. This was a real issue when using the toilet or taking a shower. It turned on when no one was in the room.
