Summary: Leu Bleu Austral guesthouse in St Leu, Reunion island is well located. It has an amazing view to the sea and town below. It is close to everything, yet far from noise and traffic. The Owners are extremely helpful and go beyond the expected to assist in all aspects that a traveler may need. This includes friendly and interested conversations. The breakfast is a continental type with breads, cheese and meat. One may also ask for the traditional "fried egg". They are helpful with knowledge and info on local attractions and places of interest. Every moment is enjoyable and one feels to be part of the family; this is what a guesthouse should be. The rates are very well for the location and even below the average for Reunion Island. The swimming pool is relaxing, after a busy day. Books and dvd movies are are also available. The rooms are well sized with all amenities, including cooking facilities. Be sure to have a most enjoyable stay, at a very reasonable rate. Thank You.
