Summary: We contacted the hotel 48 hours prior to checking in but were not sent check in instructions as we should have been which resulted in us having to wait outside the gates of the hotel for the host to reply when we arrived. The hotel is very tricky to find. When we finally received instructions on getting into the hotel we then had to wait in the lobby to be told our room number. The door handle to our room was broken and barely holding on to be locked and unlocked. The hotel adversities WiFi and heating but the hotel became freezing at nights and the WiFi was unavailable. We spoke to other guests who said they had brought the WiFi issue up to the host a few days prior and nothing had been done. The cleanliness of the room was okay but the towels were stained and the showers were mouldy. The location of the hotel is nice as are the rooms but I would not recommend this hotel for a relaxing or easy stay!
