Positive: We liked the area, very civilised small town, we liked the apartment,quiet ,decently furnished,clean, kitchen reasonably equipped :brand new fridge, good cutlery, very good washing machine,good size wardrobes.I think these guys will definitely do well in the future and rightfully so.👍
Negative: We did not appreciate their slight French style under vail sarcasm in the initial comunicatian.We are not dumb.The oven was running at full temperature causing us to burn all food in the first couple of days until we realised that you burn stuff even at 60 degrees setting 😀, definitely a sensor malfunction, the fuses were shutting down as soon as we turned the oven and the stove on at the same time,but soon enough we learnt our routine.It happened few times.The so universally necessary chopping board was unusable, never seen one so small,7/ 12cm. Perhaps taken from a doll house.It says " mountain view" that's a bluntant lie,there is a block of flats and a huge tree right outside the flat raw of windows.It says "non smocking flat" I swear the flat had the most heavy smell of cigarettes that we encountered in all the places we've been in France( usually all the accommodations in beautiful France stink of cigarettes smoke).The most annoying thing though was the shower head completely lack a hook over head ,to hang it on,never seen that before, although the bathroom was fairly newly refurbished 🤷🏻‍♂️I come from a poor ex communist country, even in the 70's we had shower overhead hanging point.I hope the agency will take the criticism constructively,not personally,in order to sort out few details of what is otherwise a very good, decent tourist accommodation.👍
