Summary: We did not get a room with a balcony, microwave, premium Egyptian bedding, on site parking, snack bar/deli, bar/lounge or garden - all confirmed on our booking confirmation. This is why we booked Le Muse. No one was there to welcome us and we had to find our own way to the room in the dark. Instructions were given but it was not what we expected. The room was ok but the bedding was very old and rough. The breakfast was good and it was quiet.
