Summary: We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me that the description would be changed to reflect an accurate description and any additional charges would be included in the advert.
