Positive: I was hesitant to book this house because it had only one review at the time of booking; I shouldn't have been. This house worked well for our family of 8 adults. There was plenty of room to hang out in the dining room and family room. There was also a large table in the screened-in patio/pool area. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grill. They provided four beach towels and plenty of pool toys. The screened-in patio had a roof in one corner, so we could be outside in any weather. The large kitchen is outfitted with brand new appliances, including filtered water and ice in the refrigerator. The many drawers and cabinets contained all the cutlery, dishes, and utensils we needed. I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and included pods. There is a water softener system in the garage as well as washer and dryer.
Negative: They provided inadequate soap/shampoo/shower gel in the two bathrooms, considering this was a booking for 8 people for three nights. The king bedroom was fine, but the queen bedroom did not have a ceiling fan and was extremely warm. A bedside lamp would have been a good addition there too. Everyone in the bunkbed room found the mattresses unusually thin and extremely uncomfortable.
