Summary: My wife and I are extremely happy about our short stay in La Val. The staff was very kind and welcoming, makes you really feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very nice SPA area that we deeply enjoyed. The hotel itself is beautiful with great views of the surroundings. We have a dog and have tried several pet-friendly hotels in the past but this one is on an entirely different level. They are extremely kind to your pet as well and you never feel uncomfortable when sitting around with your furry baby. It seems that all the staff has pets so they really care :) Another praise goes to the quality of food: while I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast selection, the chef is fantastic and we had awesome meals at the hotel restaurant, with a fantastic live music background in the evenings. Very important aspect as the current COVID period raises some concerns, all the hotel has active anti-bacterial/viral filtering systems, you can find them in each corner of the structure. This hotel is probably the safest place where you can be! On a side note, seeing the owners work to help waiters and arrange seats in the early morning, clearly shows how much they care about guests and not just the money. Absolutely recommended!
