Absolute tranquility nestled in a mini rural hamlet located in a "cul de sac", a stone's throw from the center of the picturesque typical village of Passy where an elegant 12th century Romanesque church stands. Magnificent rural environment, in the hollow of a vast plateau of pastures & meadows dotted with small rivers full of fish, nestled under the wooded ridges of a large wild forest massif that dominates the valley (to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides). Splendid landscaped setting 100% soothing & relaxing, offering the rare privilege of being able to observe wildlife including from the cottage (roe deer, foxes, does, etc.).
