Spacious private 3 floor house with additional private rooftop laundry area located inside a secure private courtyard of houses. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The area is very safe in a popular tourist district however the house is in a secure courtyard area solely for residents with additional lock access to the outside road.
You are less than 10 minute walk from Chapultepec Park (biggest inner city park in the whole world). Less than 10 minutes walk, you also have multiple metro and bus stations including, Juanacatlan, Patriotismo, or Chapultepec station which connects you to all the main parts of Mexico city.
Nearby you can find the best local and international food, shops and supermarkets filling all your needs. Many places are a short walk including Parque Mexico, and Parque España, or it is very inexpensive to take Uber in the city.

The house is private to yourself and courtyard outside the house is private to you and other residents. To get to the road outside, you must exit a locked door. The courtyard area inside is safe for children to be away from the busy main road.
You will be provided with two sets of keys to the courtyard, as well as to the house in which you are free to enter/leave at any time of the day/night.
