Summary: Of course—here’s a polished, professional version of your feedback that keeps your valid frustration front and center: --- During my recent stay, I encountered several concerns that significantly impacted my experience. A $450 hold was placed on my card, and I was later informed I would be refunded. However, I was subsequently charged $40 per day for amenities—charges I was neither made aware of at check-in nor utilized to their full extent. Aside from using the pool once, I wasn’t informed of any other available amenities. Room service was only provided twice during my three-day stay, which did not reflect the standard I expected
