The house was recently renovated with wood floors , fresh paint, entire new bathroom and modern appliances. The spacious kitchen has a 5-top gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, and a ton of kitchen gear. Help yourself to coffee in the morning - drip:). There is also a washer and dryer available if you need to do any laundry. The laundry is in the garage.
We want you to feel at home! Enjoy the huge, pecan-shaded backyard that's perfect for relaxing or letting kids play while the adults cook. The living room has a TV and a cozy couch made for movie marathons. There is also high-speed wi-fi available throughout the house.
The backyard has a picnic table, grill, and fire pit, but is rustic.

The driveway is for guests. There is space for two cars and more on street parking.

Are baby items available?
If you let us know ahead of time, we can have a pack n play and high chair waiting for you.
Is there a washer and dryer available?
Yes. They are in the garage. The garage has NOT been refurbished.
Is the space wheelchair friendly?
The entire house is one level, but the doorways are regular width.
What is in walking distance (within 1.5 mile)?

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!
Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 2 dogs with a 100.00 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats.
Service vs Emotional Support
Service dogs have received specialized training to performa specific task or tasks for an individual with a disability are considered service animals. Please provide the documentation and the pet fee is waived. Emotional support animals are important as well, but they will be charged the pet fee.
Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carpart is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer is located outside the back gate. You can let us know and we will be sure it have it ready for you.
Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner.
What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very work a drive by!
