Summary: I would like to share with you the wonderful time we had over two weeks at the Jaz Riviera. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. The pool is heated in the winter months as the hotel is only 2 months old. The pool Italian was my favorite with freshly stone backed pizzas and amazing staff who make this hotel. Thanks to the staff in the pool bar for making my trip engaging and welcoming with always attentive service. As the first guest in the hotel I would like to thank managment team for accommodating all my needs and suggestions. Many changes and improvements were made during our stay and the professional approach was fantastic to see. The food really stands out here at this hotel the chefs done an incredible job and always improving the food. Lots of healthy options and variety. The Italian and Asian is wonderful. The staff made our stay here very special. Sometimes you always forget the gardeners and cleaning staff but they keep this hotel so clean and that adds to the experience. The gardens are beautiful just like the beaches. The rooms are such a great space to relax in with state of the art aircon and heating if needed.
