Positive: I had booked the location to surprise my husband, he had been craving absolute escape from society. The house was certainly remote!
Negative: I didnt realise there was another rental property within 100 metres which was also occupied. The lounge room was very small, too small to really be used comfortably. For some reason the fuse box turned the power off to the fridge and the milk and food we brought had to be thrown away. The tap water was off limits and we were advised to buy water, at $6 a litre at the Pokolbin area general store it was disapppinting to nopt have that provided for us.
