Comfortable two-bedroom villa located in a quiet but central street and only a few minutes’ walk to beaches and shops.
Two-bedroom villa set amongst lovely coastal palm trees makes for a very relaxing stay. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze in your own private courtyard (off street parking).
The lounge is a dream to relax in after a fun filled day out and don't forget your favourite DVD's. The second bedroom which adjoins the lounge area has a double bed with a single bunk (Trio). The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There are ceiling fans in the main bedroom and pedestal fan in bedroom 2. Also, in the lounge room there is a sofa bed. The courtyard is fully enclosed and features an outdoor setting with a shade sail and a foot fence. This is an ideal area for meals all year round or just to sit and relax after a day at the beach.

-Minimum fence height 1200mm
-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
