In the cozy country house kitchen, from which you have a wonderful view of the large garden, you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable eating, from the corkscrew to the saucepan, dishwasher and oven. Furthermore, your 95 sqm holiday home is equipped with a modern bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and radio, clock radio, WiFi, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, citrus press, grill, baby bed, baby high chair and baby bath.
From the kitchen you can access the south-east facing 30 sqm sun terrace. The approximately 900 square meter property is completely fenced.
The cozy and inviting living room is equipped with a small library, games and a 40 inch color TV with satellite antenna. A DVD player incl. Films is available for feature film evenings. A Danish stove warms you up on cold nights and creates a cozy atmosphere in the living room.
The comfortable washing machine is located in the entrance hall. A beautiful tiled staircase with a wood look takes you to the upper floor (upper floor) with two bright bedrooms. Both have two large and cozy double beds (180 cm x 200 cm), from which you can let your gaze wander into the distance.
Jack Cogan's North Sea detective agency is cosily and comfortably furnished, the furniture is coordinated. Up to a hundred years old building materials were deliberately combined with new, modern style elements, so that a very special flair was created.
The house was completely renovated in 2016/2017 and the garden was completely redesigned.
There is a lockable shed on the house for bicycles and other larger items.
