Palacete Molina is accessed through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior patio with a fountain. On the ground floor we have apartments 1, 2 and 3. Going up the staircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs. On the roof we have a washing machine and a dryer for common use for the entire building.
Palacete Molina 6 is a 55m2 apartment with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has queen sized bed of 150cm x 200cm and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized 160cm x 200cm bed and in the living area we have a large sofa bed of 160cm x 200cm.
