Positive: I could not fault the front desk staff. Good at their work.
Negative: The staff were excellent ( front desk staff) they attends to your needs professionally but the manager is nothing to write home about. I stayed in the hotel for 13 nights with no Wi-Fi for one whole week. No single word of apology from the manager. Just in his office with nonchalant attitude. The mattress was not comfortable and the cleaners were reluctant in the cleaning of my room. For future lodgers, please do your findings about the facilities before booking and take your time to read the small print if you're booking via booking.com.
