Positive: The staff. The hotel was welcoming whereas others in the area were not. There was a problem with ID and the hotel went out of their way to solve our problem - something that 5 other hotels in the area didn't. Nothing was too much trouble and our check in was near midnight! Thank you to the person on reception who took the booking that night. Life saver.

Summary: Their helpfulness put them streets above other hotel chains in the area. Thank you.
