The Neighborhood:
Lincoln Terrace was designated as a Historic Preservation District in 1974. Most homes in the area were built in the 20's & 30's after the erection of the state capitol. The neighborhood has undergone a renaissance in recent years in part as a result of the expansion of the Oklahoma Medical Center complex, anchored by the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, on its south side.

Summary: Good location if you are visiting hospital. We couldn’t get local channels on the TV which was annoying. The bed In Room with faux fireplace was horrible. My husband and I kept rolling into center.
