Summary: Location was good for Arab quarter, Little India, Bugis, Haji Lane and transport. Rooms badly in need of refurbishment. Carpet was disgusting with yucky stains every where. Couldn't walk on it without slippers. No luggage rack or soap for the shower. Rooms not completely soundproof as we heard quite a bit of banging at times.
