Summary: I recently stayed in a single room at the hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The service was outstanding and check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room, while compact, was perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. Although the bed was quite firm and not particularly comfortable, I was generally able to sleep well due to being out for most of the day. One notable issue was the temperature of the room, which tended to become hot and stuffy. Despite keeping the window open and using the fan provided, the room remained warm at times. The shared bathroom facilities were always spotless and accessible. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is within easy walking distance of most attractions in Interlaken, and the view from my room was truly remarkable.
