Summary: The property is beautiful. We have no complaint about that. The bed I was in was quite lumpy for my comfort. We were only there for one night so not a big deal. The heat did not work in this room; it would only blow cold air. They could not move us. Eventually, they brought us space heaters. We live up the coast and frequently are in Santa Rosa for errands and appointments, so the price point was great and the location is convenient. Hopefully, this gets fixed, but be aware that in the cooler months, you might need to ask for the space heaters instead of doing the maintenance dance for hours and then being told they cannot move you because you've "used the room".
