Summary: Clean room; wonderful staff (e.g., Georgie let us borrow the kettle to get hot water); double doors for quieter room; variety of channels (including BBC and ITV for English speakers); refrigerator; free water bottles; extra sitting and sleeping area for the whole family; close proximity to the train station, public transportation, tourist attractions; balcony; close to grocery store (Coop) and cafes; elevator/lift; lots of light options for brighter/dimmer mood.
