Summary: Let’s start with the positive, the breakfast staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk indifferent. When we checked in we were given our room key with no information on where breakfast was and when, wifi, amenities. They never acknowledged us upon arrival or departure in the entire week we were there. The breakfast staff were pleasant but they quite often ran out of food. Breakfast started at 7 and went until 12. We often arrived at 8, but they were out of bread and fruit by then. The housekeeping were not quite up on refilling soaps and shampoos. We even left the lid off the soap dispenser in the shower, but they just put the cap on it without refilling it. The walls are paper thin. We were unlucky enough to have some very noisy neighbours and we were constantly woken up by them either coming in late at night, or talking on their phones. At the end of the day I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
