Old roof trusses, robust wooden staircase and wall doors that adorn the entrance and ensure an industrial and stylish style. The luxury open kitchen lacks nothing. Oven, dishwasher, microwave and cooker are of course present. The living room offers plenty of space and gives access to the terrace through the French doors. There is a fully equipped bathroom with sun shower on the ground floor. On the first floor is a 1x 2-person bedroom. There is a separate toilet. The garden is spacious and nicely separated with a large private terrace. There is ample parking, behind the afforestation. Wifi is available free of charge joy and there is chromecast available so you can watch your own netflix, youtube etc.
