Summary: When we checked in at 10pm, after a 5 hour flight, they put us on the 3rd floor. The room door would not lock/close shut. Somebody could bump into the door and it would open. Other people on the 3rd floor were VERY loud. Mind you it was after midnight when I finally complained and requested a new room. The guy told me we can change rooms in the morning with no issues and no extra cost. The next morning we waited 2 hours for a new room. The lady was kind that was helping us but she said they had no rooms available due to the cleaning crew, hence the 2 hour wait. I was then placed on the 2nd floor and you can tell the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the toilet paper hadn’t even been changed. They didn’t even add new soap. Breakfast was very mid but was free. Parking was free as well. Oh and they’re currently upgrading the outside/front walk in area so you have to use the side doors for entering and exiting. Area was nice, quiet and safe. Close to shopping areas, fast food and the movies.
