The holiday flat is located in a centrally located, newly built, 2-storey, detached house which is surrounded by meadows and fields. The flat is located in a semi-detached house on two floors and has an area of 65 m². Guests can devote themselves undisturbed to their relaxation and enjoy a comfortable, relaxing and affordable stay. The house can be reached via a cul-de-sac with little traffic and is located approx. 100 m from the neighbouring house.
Large windows to the south and west allow an unobstructed view of the greenery and the expanse.
On the ground floor there is a modern, high-quality equipped and furnished fitted kitchen. The bathroom with toilet is on the same floor.
On the upper floor there is a combined living room and bedroom which can accommodate up to 3 people.
A plot of around five thousand square metres with a garden offers plenty of space, invites you to play and run around, relax and linger and can be used freely. The balcony faces south and the terrace south-west with a view of a grazing paddock. At dusk, deer, hares and foxes offer an enchanting spectacle in the neighbouring meadow.
