Summary: Room smelled like old cigarettes. Towel rack was broken. Got in bed and the blanket between the sheets and duvet had unwashed, crusty stains. Obviously it was not washed. The front desk did offer for us to change rooms but we were already going to bed. They brought us clean blankets but makes you wonder what else wasn’t properly cleaned. We will not be returning.
